摘要
论述了多功能继电器、接触器可靠性试验系统的结构、功能及特点；描述了试验系统的硬件设计及相应的元器件选取原则；阐述了系统控制功能的设计准则；给出了触头压降、线圈电流及动作时间监测的硬件电路框图及软件实现方法 .该试验系统不仅可以对继电器、接触器及时间继电器按标准规定的发求进行可靠性试验，而且特别适用于以可靠性增长为目的的研究性试验 .
The configuratios,functions and features of multifunction reliability test system for relays＆ contactors are presented.The principles of hardware design,component selection and control function design are also described in this paper.It shows the monitoring circuit frame of contacts voltage,coil curret and action time.The system not only can fulfil the reliability test,but also especially suit for investigative test of electrical relays,contactors as well as time relays and so on.
