摘要
利用 X射线衍射技术 ( ODF分析 )并结合金相组织观察 ,对冷轧 IF钢在不同退火温度下的再结晶织构演变规律进行了研究 .利用 Gibbs- Thomson关系式对冷轧 IF钢再结晶织构形成机制进行了分析和探讨 ,认为Σ重位点阵晶界在再结晶γ纤维织构形成过程中起着重要作用 .
The development of recrystallization texture in (Ti+Nb)-IF steel was studied by X-ray diffraction (ODF analysis) combined with optical microscopy. The possible mechanism on the evolution of recrystallization texture in (Ti+Nb)-IF steel was discussed on the basis of Gibbs-Thomson formulation. It is proposed that the Σ coincidence lattice grain boundary plays the important role in the formation of γfiber recrystallization texture in the steel.
