摘要
对树脂砂工艺导轨铸件产生粘砂缺陷的原因进行了分析，从浇注系统、砂芯、起模斜度、模样准备、型砂、脱模剂、涂料、造型操作及浇注温度等方面提出了解决措施，制定了合理的工艺方案，避免树脂砂铸件的粘砂缺陷，提高了铸件清理的工作效率，有效降低了生产成本，改善了产品外观质量。
The reasons for burning-on of guide rail castings with resin sand process were analyzed. Some measures were presented from gating system, sand core, pattern taper, pattern preparation, molding sand, stripping agent, coating, molding operation and pouring temperature. The reasonable process scheme was established to avoid burning-on for castings with resin sand process. The work efficiency of cleaning casting is enhanced, the production cost is reduced effectively, and the appearance quality of the products is improved.
