铸铁型下料口水套的工艺设计

摘要 为解决钢结构型下料口水套使用中存在的问题,设计了铸铁型下料口水套的结构,分析了其设计要求,制定了冷却管弯制工艺和铸件本体铸造工艺,最终研制出铸铁型下料口水套。使用结果表明,铸铁型下料口水套具有整体刚性强,耐热、耐磨,导热性能好等优点,避免了炉料对冷却管的磨损和冲击,延长了使用寿命。 To solve the problems existing in use of the steel water jacket for discharge outlet, the structure of cast iron water jacket for discharge outlet was designed. Its design requirements were analyzed. The bending process of cooling pipe and the casting process of jacket body were established. Finally the cast iron water jacket for discharge outlet was developed. The application results show that the cast iron water jacket for discharge outlet has the advantages of stronger rigidity, heat resisting and wear resisting and better thermal conductivity. The abrasion and impact of furnace charges to cooling pipes are avoided to prolong the service life.
