摘要
用两种方法来计算冷却时间 ,一种是从理论分析中经过合理的假设推导出冷却时间和浇口封闭时间的一种计算方法 ;另一种是作图法求解冷却时间的方法。前者可用于注射模具的CAD、CAE的数学建模和常规模具设计时的理论计算。后者是建立在试验基础上的一种简便计算方法。广泛的应用于各种形状的塑料制品的模具设计中。
Two methods are used to calculate the cooling time, one method deduces the cooling time and the time for sealing off the renner through rational presumption in theoretical analysis, the other method solves the time through mapping. The former method can be used to set up mathematical model for extrusion model in CAD/CAE and in theoretical analysis in the convention design of model. The latter is a simple method which is widely used in the model design of all kinds of plastic products.
