原发性输卵管癌初次规范手术与处理原则

The specification and principal of optimal cytoreductive surgery for primary fallopian tube carcinoma

摘要 原发性输卵管癌是一种临床上罕见的恶性肿瘤。目前,原发性输卵管癌的治疗遵循原发性卵巢癌的治疗原则。其中规范的初次手术治疗至关重要。肿瘤细胞减灭术的质量、残留病灶的大小及淋巴清扫术的质量是影响输卵管癌患者无瘤生存期及总生存期的独立因素。 Primary fallopian tube carcinoma （ PFTC ） is an uncommon tumor. Currently, treatments for PFTC are similar to those used in epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Optimal cytoreductive surgery plays an important role in improving progression-free （PFS） and overall survival （OS） times. The performance of radical cytoreductive procedures, the status of resid- ual disease and the performance of lymphadenectomy were independent predictor of improved PFS and OS times.
