重视原发性输卵管癌的诊治
Emphasis on diagnosis and treatment of primary fallopian tube carcinoma
摘要
从文献首次报道原发性输卵管癌（primaryfallopiantubecarcinoma，PFTC）至今已经有百余年的历史，一直以来，PFTC的发病率很低，年发病率为0．41／10万，占女性生殖道恶性肿瘤0．14％～1．8％，在女性生殖道肿瘤中居次要地位。可以说到目前为止，我们对输卵管癌的认识仍有待于进一步深入。
