摘要
贵州省重晶石探明储量为全国之冠 ,该省某钡盐厂碳酸钡年产量、出口量均居世界第一位。但该厂钡渣堆场运行中因岩溶渗漏导致环境污染。在实际调查渣场、污染现状及剖析生产工艺的基础上 ,从分析测试新、旧渣化学成分 ,可溶性、物相 ,物理力学特性入手 ,提出了如下综合治理措施 :改进工艺以控制污染物排放总量 ;渣场导流、分流以避免降水及污水渗滤 ;废渣掺石灰碾压以减少废渣的可渗滤性等 ,成功的以较低的防渗治理工程费用 ,解决了运行中渣场的渗漏污染问题。
Guizhou province has the largest explored barite reserves in China. A barium salt factory in this province ranks first in the world in terms of annual product and export capacity. But environmental polluyion is caused by karst leakage during its operation on residue pond of the barium salt, Based on investigating the current situation of the pollution,inspecting the process technology,and analyzing the chemical composition,solubility and soluble condition,mineral composition of the fresh and aged residues and their physical and mechanical properties,this paper proposes a set of measures for synthetical control over the pollution:improving the process technology to control the discharge capacity of pollutants,guiding and separating waste water from precipation in residue pond to avoid leakage,and mixing lime into waste residue and comacting it to lower the leakage of the residue,thus lowering the pollution resulted from leakage of residue pond.
