合成革用麦草微晶纤维素的应用特性

摘要 微晶纤维素可作为优良的增黏剂和微孔剂用于湿法合成革及二层牛皮革生产。实验所用微晶纤维素合成革填充剂由漂白麦草浆经酸水解后纯化制得,研究了微晶纤维素用量对湿法PU合成革性能的影响,并与商品微晶纤维素进行了比较。结果表明:自制麦草微晶纤维素作为PU合成革移膜填料,在用量为15%时其透气性可达13 090.91 mL·cm-2·h-1、透水汽性达到0.1148 g·cm-2·h-1,较国产合成革微晶纤维素的使用效果更佳;其添加量对移膜抗张强度和撕裂强度的影响较小,可替代同类工业产品,有利于降低生产成本、提高企业经济效益。 The microcrystaUine cellulose (MCC) can be widely used as an excellent tackifier and millipore agent in synthetic leather and split leather production. The MCC for this study was prepared from bleaching wheat straw pulp by acid hydrolytic degradation and purification. The effect of wheat straw based MCC additions on the performance of PU leather was investigated, and compared with the obtained using commercial wood based MCC. The results showed that the permeability of wet PU leather fried with homemade wheat straw MCC can be up to 13 090.91 mL·cm^-2·h^-1 and the corresponding vapor permeability was 0.1148 ·cm^-2·h^-1 when the dosage was 15%, while its effect on tensile strength and shear strength can be negligible the performance of homemade. As a transfer-film for PU synthetic leather, the performance of homemade MCC was prior to domestic wood based MCC. Based on its low cost and acceptable properties of wet PU leather, the home made wheat straw based MCC can be used as a potential production for synthetic leather, thereby reducing production costs and promotes the beneficial efficiency in enterprises.
