一种模拟纸页成形过程的实验室动态纸页抄片器 被引量:2

A Kind of Automated Dynamic Handsheet Former to Simulate Sheet Forming Process

摘要 随着科学技术的发展以及造纸技术研究的不断细化,传统纸页抄片器已不能满足科研人员的需求。国外科研人员提出了动态纸页抄片技术,模拟纸机抄造工艺过程,所得纸页具有纤维取向性、纸页匀度高等特点。本文分析动态纸页抄片器的结构、工作原理、实现机理及其特点,为国内动态纸页抄片器的开发思路具有基础指导作用。 With the development of science and technology, and papermaking technology research elaboration theory, traditional handsheet former can't meet the needs of researchers. Foreign researchers proposed the dynamic handsheet former, which simulated papermaking process on paper machine in mills. Formed paper have well fiber orientation, sheet evenness etc. This paper describesd working principle, key technology and advantages about dynamic handsheet former. It is very significant to develop of dynamic handsheet former in inland.
