摘要
针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章首先介绍了采用单片机的煤矿瓦斯浓度检测报警装置的整体构架,然后对煤矿瓦斯浓度检测报警装置的各个部分硬件进行了详细的设计,给出了煤矿瓦斯浓度检测报警装置的硬件设计电路和软件设计框图,最后使用Proteus软件验证设计内容的正确性和可行性,证明了基于单片机的便携式煤矿瓦斯浓度检测报警装置在煤矿安全生产中具有一定的实际应用价值。
According to the safety production of coal mine, the overall framework of coal mine gas concentration detection singlechip alarm device was introduced, and each part hardware of coal mine gas concentration detection alarm device was designed specifically, the hardware design circuit and software block diagram of the device was provided, finally, the validity and feasibility of the design was verified applying Proteus software, the practical value of the device in coal mine safety production was proved.
