摘要 为了解决矿井巷道顶板离层检测中遇到的拓扑结构固定、节点扩展性差、测量结果无法自动上传、分析和处理的问题,文章设计了一种基于ZigBee无线传感器网络的顶板离层检测传感器。重点介绍了传感器的原理及软硬件实现方案。系统硬件以STC12C5A单片机为核心,利用精密拉绳式位移测量模块实现离层的精确测量,利用CC2420无线收发器模块,实现了数据通信和共享。该传感器以无线通信的方式将测量结果传送给分站,并由分站上传地面监控计算机,实现井下巷道离层情况的实时、可靠监测。 To solve the problems in roadway roof separation online monitoring system, such as fixed topological structure, poor node scalability, failure of measuring results automatic uploading, and other difficulties in comprehensive analysis of measuring results, a roof separation detection system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network was proposed. The paper also focused on principle of the sensor and scheme of hardware implementation. STC12C5A singlechip was utilized as the core, the fine drag - rope displacement module was applied to realize the accurate measurement, and CC2420 wireless transceiver module was applied to realize the data communication and sharing. The measurement results are transmitted to the sub - station through wireless communication, then transmitted to ground monitoring computer by the sub - station, realizing real - time, reliable monitoring of underground roof separation condition.
