摘要
论文对似膏体充填料浆在管路输送的弯管段动态特征进行了数值模拟的研究,确定了似膏体料浆相关物理参数,选择了适合似膏体料浆的管道输送数学模型,利用FLUENT模拟获得了弯管段压力场、速度场的分布特征,并将模拟结果与理论计算进行了对比分析。研究结果对似膏体管路输送实验和实践有一定的指导意义和实用价值。
The dynamic features of paste - like slurry flow in curved section of pipeline transportation were studied by numerical simulation, the related physical parameters of paste - like slurry were determined, and the applicable mathematic model was chosen. The distribution characteristics of velocity field and pressure field in curved pipeline were obtained applying FLUENT. The simulated results were compared with theoretical calculation and result showed instructional significance and practical value.
