煤巷干式打钻钻场负压除尘系统的设计及应用 被引量:3

摘要 对于矿井煤巷钻场干式打钻带来的粉尘超标现象,文章通过分析钻场尘源的成分,并结合目前防尘技术的现状,利用负压除尘、喷雾除尘的原理,设计了一套适合于煤巷钻场干式打钻的负压除尘系统,并配合钻机专用的孔口捕尘装置,有效提高了降尘效果,通过在云盖山煤矿一矿的应用结果表明:利用该种系统除尘后,打钻过程中除尘效果达到95%,有效降低了干式打钻带来的煤尘危害。 According to the dust content over limit phenomenon caused by the dry drillings at the drilling site in the seam gateway of the mine, with an analysis on the dust composition from the drilling site, in combination with the present status of the available dust prevention technology, a principle of the negative pressure dust collection and the spraying dust removing was applied to design a set negative pressure dust collection device suitable for the dry drilling at the drilling site in the seam gateway. With a special porthole dust collection device to the drilling machine, a dust collection effect was effectively improved. The application results from No. 1 Mine of Yungaishan Mine showed that with the device applied, the dust collection effect during the drilling process was up to 95 % and coal dust danger caused by the dry drilling was effectively decreased.
