摘要
针对我国传统短壁采煤法和神东模式的"旺格维利"短壁机械化采煤法存在的问题,在理论研究与生产实践的基础上,提出了4台行走支架护顶的短壁机械化采煤新技术,并进一步从设备配置、巷道布置与块段划分、回采工艺、顶板控制、通风方式、运输系统等几个方面论述了该采煤技术。该采煤技术在神东矿区的乌兰木伦煤矿成功应用,并取得了80%以上的煤炭资源采出率,经济效果显著。
In order to solve the problems in traditional short -wall mining method and “Wongewilli” mining method in Shendong Area , a new short-wall mining technology of 4 walking supports shielding roof on the basis of theoretical research and production practice .This paper introduced the technology from equipments configuration , roadway layout and section division , mining technique, roof control, ventilation manner and transportation system.This technology was been successfully applied in Wulanmulun Colliery of Shendong Min -ing Area, abover 80% coal resource was mined , and economic profit was obvious.
