摘要
在干摩擦状态下,对用二硫化钼、石墨填充至聚四氟已烯中所组成的复合材料进行了摩擦磨损特性的研究.通过试验分析得知填料减磨的主要机理,是由于在摩擦表面上存在转移膜以及填料具有的自润滑特性,使得对磨时与纯聚四氟已烯相比摩擦系数降低。
On the state of dry friction, the composite material which are composed of PTFE filled by MoS 2 and Graphite have been studied on friction and wear properties. By testing and analysing, it is known that the main mechanism of reducing wear is that there are transfer film on the friction surface and the stuffing possess self-lubricating property. It is just these make friction coefficient reduce and anti-wear property improve when oppsited friction are happening as compared with pure PTFE.
