摘要
为查找一家两例不明原因双下肢僵硬、有下坠感症状患者的致病因素 ,应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法 (ICP -AES)检测了人发和井水中锰的含量。结果表明 ,患者发锰高于正常值 2倍以上 ,其饮用井水超过国家饮用标准 10倍 。
Two cases with chronic Mn poisoning caused by drinking water were reported.The content of Mn in hair of two patients and their drinking water was determined by ICP-AES.The result showed that the content of Mn in hair was 2 times higher than the normal value while the content of Mn in their drinking water was also 10 times higher than the national drinking water standard.It was diagnozed the chronic Mn poisoning.
