摘要
为了探讨新生儿出现唇周紫绀与缺氧关系 ,选择了两组新生儿 (唇周紫绀组及正常组各 10 1例 ) ,进行了血氧饱和度检测 ,结果表明无论是唇周紫绀或是正常新生儿 ,只要其呼吸频率 <60 0bpm ,血氧饱和度均≥ 94 % ,将这两组新生儿血氧饱和度进行对比检测 ,证实两组均数无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5)。
To discuss the relation between oxygen deficiency and peripheral cyanosis of newborns the saturation degree of blood oxygen in normal newborns and the newborms with peripheral cyanosis was detected.The results showed that the saturation degree of blood oxygen of all the newborans were ≥94% if their breath freqnencity was <60 bpm.There was no significant difference between the 2 groups.which indicated that peripheral cyanosis can not be taken as the basis for the diagnosis of oxygen deficiency.
