摘要
新型垂直筛板塔的传质区域在塔板空间 ,空间持液量对传质性能有重要的影响 .实验表明 ,新型垂直筛板塔的一次提升效率随塔板空间持液量的增大呈明显的下降趋势 ;影响新型垂直筛板塔空间持液量的主要因素是板上清液层高度和板孔气速 ,空间持液量随板上清液层高度的增加而增加 。
The mass transfer area of New VST is in tray space Liquid holdup in tray space has important effect on the mass property By experiences,the efficient of New VST has a great descend trend with the increasing liquid holdup in tray space The factor effect liquid holdup in tray space is mainly clear liquid height above plate and gas velocity The liquid holdup increases with the growth of clear liquid height above plate or the decrease of gas velocity
