以髓外浸润为首发表现的急性髓系白血病15例 被引量：2

摘要 目的 探讨以髓外浸润为首发表现的急性髓系白血病（AML）的临床特点.方法 回顾性研究15例以髓外浸润为首发表现的AML患者的临床表现、实验室检查、诊治经过和预后.结果 15例患者中,首发表现包括皮疹、皮下结节、淋巴结肿大、软组织包块、齿龈浸润等,发病至确诊白血病时间为7d～8个月,有10例患者经化疗达完全缓解.结论 AML早期表现多样,对于有髓外表现的患者,详细的体格检查及血常规、及时行骨髓常规检查以及病理活组织检查有助于早期诊断,积极的治疗可获得与其他AML类似的效果.
