失血性休克后复苏液体所致炎症损伤的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 失血性休克是临床常见的危急重症,液体复苏是失血性休克治疗的关键环节;失血性休克时机体炎症反应失控是导致休克后多器官功能衰竭的主要原因之一。研究表明,复苏液体参与了失血性休克炎症反应的发生发展,并可加重失血性休克引起的细胞损伤,而改进后的复苏液体在一定程度上可减轻炎症损伤。本文就不同复苏液体对机体炎症反应的影响进行一系列的阐述,提出一些具有临床应用前景的新型复苏液体。
