患者男，63岁。主因“冠状动脉旁路移植术后1年余，发作性胸闷、气短1月余”于2013年9月29日入院。患者2012年8月20日因“发作性胸骨后憋痛15d，加重6h”于内蒙古医科大学鄂尔多斯临床医学院心内科住院治疗，
