背侧闭合楔形截骨经皮克氏针固定治疗Freiberg病19例 被引量：2

摘要 Freiberg病是1941年由Freiberg首次报道，故由此得名，是跖骨头缺血坏死性疾病，常常发病于第2跖骨头，偶尔侵犯第3、4跖骨头。临床主张早期手术治疗可改善功能症状，提高生活工作质量。2007年9月-2012年12月采用跖骨远端背侧闭合楔形截骨经皮克氏针内固定治疗Freiberg病患者19例，取得满意疗效，现报告如下。
