MR报告基因成像研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,影像报告基因的应用极大促进了活体生物学过程的非侵入监测成像,这些基因编码的产物具有荧光,能结合放射性标记物并改变MR信号,结合相应的显像技术可用于示踪细胞如干细胞迁移存活状况、监测目的基因如治疗基因表达情况、检测感兴趣因子如启动子的活性等[1],这种成像方法称为报告基因成像.与其他成像方法相比,MRI具有很高的分辨率,能同时获得解剖和生理信息,有利于进行活体研究,因此吸引了越来越多研究者的关注。
