鼻窦肉瘤样癌的CT和MRI表现 被引量：4

摘要 鼻窦肉瘤样癌（paranasal sinuses sarcomatoid carcinoma）是非常罕见的鼻窦恶性肿瘤[1],临床及影像诊断困难,患者多无特异性临床症状.影像检查鼻窦肉瘤样癌表现为富血供肿瘤,可有类似鼻窦癌表现,鉴别诊断困难.临床和病理学关于鼻窦肉瘤样癌已有相关报道[2],但多以个案报道为主,影像报道则少见[3-4],尤其是影像与病理的综合研究则更少见.笔者回顾性分析2001年1月至2013年2月收治的8例鼻窦肉瘤样癌的CT和MRI表现,并复习相关文献,旨在探讨该病的CT和MRI特征.
