软组织原发性结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男,29岁.因＂左侧胸壁肿物半年伴轻压痛＂于2012年11月20日入院.既往体健,无家族病史.体格检查：左胸壁季肋区明显隆起,皮下可扪及一类圆形肿物,大小约15 cm×13 cm,质硬,活动性差,轻压痛,胸壁皮面无红肿、溃疡或结节等病变.腋窝及体表淋巴结未扪及肿大.患者无其他不适.实验室检查：血尿常规、生化检查等未见明显异常.CT示：第5～7季肋部肿物,性质待查（图1）.
