摘要
经济法是 2 0世纪法律体系适应社会本位思潮的一大创新。社会整体经济利益是经济法的基石范畴 ,由此决定了其性质——公私交融 ,价值——社会效益和社会公正 ,功能——平衡协调经济运行 ,原则——适度规制与适度自由相结合 。
Economic law is a great innovation for the twentieth century legal system to adapt to the trend of social orientation.Integrated social economic benefit is the basic element of economic law, which determines the nature of economic law involving public law and private law as well,its value balancing social benefit with social justice, its function coordinating economic operation, its principle proper regulation in combination with proper freedom,its system macro adjustment laws and market administration laws.
