摘要
东汉时期 ,货币铸造的管理机构与执行机构是彼此分离的。中央太尉属下之金曹对其进行宏观调控 ,而具体的铸造权则下放到地方郡县。造成这一现象的原因 ,同东汉一代不太重视货币职能的作用有很大关系。
During the period of East-Han Dynasty,the founding and management of coin was separated from each other.The management through which the central government macroscopic regulation was Jincao subordinate to Taiwei.The coin founding was in charge of the counties.The reason cause this phenomenon is that the East-Han Dynasty didn't pay much attention to the function of currency.
