血清TNF-α IL-1β OPG与2型糖尿病合并冠心病的关系探讨

Study on the relationship between serum TNF-α,IL-1β,Osteoprotegerin and type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary artery disease

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、血清骨保护素(OPG)与2型糖尿病合并冠心病的关系。方法入选健康个体(对照组)和2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者(冠心病组)各30例,用ELISA方法测定TNF-α、IL-1β、OPG,生化法测定血糖及糖化血红蛋白,并观察组间各指标的变化及相互关系。结果 2型糖尿病合并冠心病组血清空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、OPG明显高于对照组(P均<0.01),TNF-α、IL-1β高于对照组(P均<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,OPG与TNF-α、IL-1β呈显著正相关(P均<0.01)。结论血糖、糖化血红蛋白、TNF-α、IL-1β、OPG在2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者中明显增高,OPG与TNF-α、IL-1β改变有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Interleukin-1β(IL-1β),Osteoprotegerin(OPG)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) with coronary artery disease(CAD).Meth-ods Thirty healthy individuals(control group), and 30 T2DM patients with CAD(T2DM+CAD) group were select-ed.ELISA was used for determination of TNF-α,IL-1βand OPG,biochemistry method for blood glucose and glycosy-lated hemoglobin , and the data in all groups and the relationship between the factors was observed .Results Fasting blood-glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, OPG in T2DM group were obviously higher than those in control group (P&lt;0.01),and TNF-α,IL-1βin T2DM group were obviously higher than those in control group (P&lt;0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the positive correlation existed between OPG and TNF-α,IL-1β(P&lt;0.01).Conclu-sion The levels of blood glucose ,glycosylated hemoglobin ,TNF-α,IL-1βand OPG in T2MD group increase obvious-ly.The level of OPG was related to the changes of TNF-αand IL-1β.
