摘要
激励创新、发展高新技术产业作为一项经济活动 ,必须深刻了解其市场特性。本文通过对高新技术产业的特点进行分析 ,揭示出高新技术产业与不完全竞争的内在联系 ,即市场的不完全竞争性既是创新的必然结果 ,又是创新得以持续的必要条件。因此 ,要推动我国高新技术产业的持久发展 ,必须采取相应措施 ,营造一个不完全竞争的国内市场。
Taking incentive innovation and development of high-tech industry as an economic activity, we must understand its market nature well. This paper brings to light the internal relations between high-tech industry and imperfect competition through analyzing high-tech industry's special features, that is ,imperfect competitiveness of market is not only the inevitable outcome of innovation, but also the necessary requirement of continuing innovation. Thus, to promote the continuing development of our country's high-tech industry, we should take relevant measures to construct a domestic market of imperfect competition.
