摘要
将表现性评价创新性的应用于成人教育考试管理,不仅考核学生知识技能的掌握情况,更重要的是通过对学生表现的分析,评价学生的实践能力、交流合作能力及创新能力。从而将简单成绩评定转变为综合能力评价,实现成人教育从单纯的学历教育转变为综合提升学员能力素质的素质教育,培养创新型、实用型和复合型的高素质人才。
Objective ： To perform assessment of innovative application in adult education examination management. It can not only test the students＇knowledge and skills, but also help evaluate the students＂ practical ability, cooperation ability and innovation ability. So that the simple score appraisal could be changed into the comprehensive capacity assessment.
