摘要
总结广州呼吸疾病研究所呼吸内科专科医师培训基地在平台构建、准入标准、培训方法、教学交流平台的构建等方面工作开展的情况,探讨适合我国呼吸内科专科医师规范化培训的模式和方法。
This study summarizes the work of the Training Base for Respiratory Medicine Specialists in Guangzhou Institute of Respira- tory Disease, which includes the platform building, access standards, training methods and teaching communication. Based on these experiences, the authors have tried to explore a standardized training model and approaches that are appropriate for nationwide respira- tory medicine medical specialists.
