摘要
无锡国专在开创、转制、抗日播迁和复员等不同时期，坚持艰苦创业，勤俭办学。教学则倡导敦品励学；磨炼第一等品行；学业应不拘一格，兼收并蓄，由博退约，自成一家，尤注重实践。
During tha initiating period, transforming period, Anti-Japan migrating period and renewing period, the WuXi Sinology Special School still persisted in hard working and thriftiness, they proposed to improve the students' moral, as well as encouraged their study, which means the school fostered the students in good conduct. In study, they didn' t stick to one pattern , but took in everything. The school converted erudition to speciality. Especially, they paid more attention on practice.
