摘要
针对传统旋转电机结构复杂、不易于调节和控制等问题,本文基于直线电机的特点,研究了直线电机动子直接驱动活塞杆做往复运动的往复泵,建立了往复泵在系统工作过程中的运动模型,并根据传统往复泵系统的运动规律,利用AMEsim进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,采用合理的控制系统,直线电机往复泵柱塞的位移、速度、加速度等运动性能以及泵流量的输出较为稳定。该研究从理论上基本消除往复泵输出流量的脉动性,可满足现代机械工业对往复泵的要求,对直线电机往复泵的应用推广具有一定的研究意义。
Traditional rotary motor is complex and not easy to regulate and contro.Based on characteristics of linear motors,this is a research of linear motor that directly drives the piston rod of reciprocating pump to do reciprocating motion.It establishes the motion model of a reciprocating pump system,and uses AMEsim to simulate according to the traditional law of reciprocating movement of the pumping system.The simulation results show that,using reasonable control system,linear motor piston reciprocating pump performance motion such as displacement,velocity,acceleration,and pump flow rate output are more stable.This study theoretically and basically eliminates the reciprocating pump output flow "pulse",which can meet the requirements of modern machinery for reciprocating pumps,and it has some significance in promoting the application of linear motor reciprocating pump.
