摘要
针对电能质量监测中实时监测和数据传输问题,本文设计了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的逆变器电源监测系统。该系统采用NI的USB-6009数据采集卡,实现了逆变器工作状况的实时监测,并利用虚拟仪器技术,以LabVIEW为平台编程实现了电压电流的数据分析和存储,完成了电压偏差、频率偏差、电源功率、三相不平衡度、总谐波畸变率和各次谐波质量分数等电能质量指标的计算和分析,并以数据库技术进行数据的存储和访问,结果表明,该研究可以实时监测逆变器的工作状况,实现了实时电能质量采集和故障数据的存储,有效地保障逆变器的正常工作,较好地完成了设计目标,为进一步分析电能质量奠定了基础。
In order to solve the problems in power quality monitoring such as real time monitoring and data transmission,this paper designs an inverter power monitoring system based on the virtual instrument technology.In this system,the data acquisition card NI USB-6009 is used to achieve real-time monitoring,and the virtual instrument technology LabVIEW is used as a platform to write program which implements the storage and analysis of the voltage and current data as well as the power quality indexes like voltage deviation,frequency deviation,power,three-phase unbalance factor,total harmonic distortion and harmonic content.All these data can be stored and accessed through database technology.The result indicates that this research is able to monitor inverter operating condition,acquires electric power quality data and stores faults data in real-time,which ensures the normal working of inverter,perfectly achieves the target of this design and establishes a solid foundation for the further analysis of power quality.
