摘要
针对胜利油田尚二区油水流度比大导致的水窜问题,选取典型井组,运用单变量法和正交实验设计方法设定不同的注采参数方案,利用数值模拟技术预测各方案对应的开发指标,通过极差、方差分析从定性到定量研究注入浓度、注入时机、注入速度、注入年限、注入方式等对开发效果的影响。最优注采参数:注入浓度为0.30%,注入时机为含水率达到85%以后,注入速度为30 m3/d,注入年限为6 a,注入段塞为0.22倍孔隙体积。该研究为稠油油藏实施活性水驱开发提供了理论支持。
For the water channeling problem resulted from great ratio of oil to water mobility in the Shanger area of the Shengli oilfield,programs with various injection- production parameters are sel up through selection of typical well group and by use of single variable method and orthogonal teat & design,the criteria for development corresponding to various programs are predicted by means of numerical simulation,and the effects of a number factors,including injection concentration,injection timing,injection rate,injection duration and mode,on development are studied from qualitative to quantitative investigation by range and variance analysis.The best parameters of injection and production are;injection concentration 0.30%,injection timing is after water cut reaches85%,injection rate 30 m^3/d,injection duration 6a and injection slug size as 0.22 limes of pore volume.The study provides theoretical support for implementation of activated waterflooding in heavy oil reservoirs.
