摘要
本试验研究了复合益生菌对羔羊生产性能及白细胞介素水平的影响。将20只羔羊随机均分成对照组和复合益生菌组,分别饲喂基础日粮和含0.2%复合益生菌的基础日粮。试验期56 d。试验过程中,测定始重、末重、增重、日采食量和料重比等生产性能指标;在试验0、28、56 d时,测定血浆中白细胞介素-1(IL-1)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平。结果表明:复合益生菌组羔羊平均末重和平均增重分别比对照组提高了1.94%和14.08%,而平均日采食量较对照组降低了2.41%,但差异均未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。复合益生菌组羔羊料重比较对照组降低了13.74%,差异显著(P<0.05)。在28 d和56 d时,复合益生菌组羔羊血浆IL-1浓度分别比对照组提高了8.45%和26.86%,但差异未达显著水平(P>0.05)。在28 d时,复合益生菌组羔羊血浆IL-2浓度比对照组提高了2.19%,但差异未达显著水平(P>0.05);在56 d时,复合益生菌组羔羊血浆IL-2浓度比对照组提高了27.33%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结果提示,复合益生菌有提高羔羊生产性能和血浆IL-1、IL-2水平的作用。
The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of complex probiotics on growth performance and in-terleukin levels in lambs.Twenty lambs were randomly assigned into two dietary treatment groups (ten per group)for a 56 days study,which were fed basal diets or basal diets supplemented with 0.20 percent of complex probiotics,respectively.Dur-ing the entire experiment period,overall growth performance of lambs,including initial weight,final weight,average body weight gain,feed intake and feed/gain were determined.Plasma interleukin-1(IL-1)and interleukin-2(IL-2)levels were ana-lyzed at d 0,28 and 56 of the experiment.The results showed that:at the end of the trial,the final weight and average body weight gain of probiotics group were approx 1.94%and 14.08%higher than those of control group (P〉0.05),while feed in-take of probiotics group was approx 2.41%lower than that of control group (P〉0.05).However,the feed/gain of probiotics group was approx 13.74%lower than that of control group (P 〈0.05).Plasma IL-1 levels of probiotics group were approx 8.45%and 26.86%higher than that of control group (〉0.05)at d 28 and 56 of the experiment.At d 28 of the experiment, plasma IL-2 levels of probiotics group was approx 2.19%higher than that of control group(P〉0.05),however,at d 56 of the experiment,plasma IL-2 levels of probiotics group was approx 27.33%higher than that of control group (P&lt;0.05).The re-sults indicated that complex probiotics had positive effects on growth performance,IL-1 levels and IL-2 levels in lambs.
