摘要
各国住宅业发展的目标都是提高大多数人的居住水平。英国住宅业的发展得益于成熟的市场机制、健全的金融支持系统和完善的住房政策。目前我国住宅业发展还面临许多棘手的问题，如何认识和解决这些难题，引导我国住宅业健康发展，英国的实践能给予我们启迪。
The target of the development of housing in every country is to raise the living level of its most people. The development of British housing does not only result from its mature market system, but also from the sound financial system and the perfect housing policies. The development of house industry in our country is constrained by many knotty problems. How are we to understand and solve these problems to secure a sound development of China′ s housing industry? We can get some new ideas from British practice.
