妊娠期合并尖锐湿疣64例治疗分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的比较妊娠期合并尖锐湿疣(condyloma acuminatum,CA)的效果。方法将我院2010年5月-2012年5月收治并确诊的妊娠期发生的CA患者64随机均分为A、B两。A组采用CO2激光治疗,B组采用50%三氯醋酸外用,治疗结束后比较两组治愈率、复发率及分娩情况。结果治疗后随访3个月,A组治愈29例(90.63%),复发3例(9.37%);B组治愈28例(87.50%),复发2例(7.43%)。2种方法治愈率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);复发率B组较A组低(χ2=8.36,P<0.05)。两组随访3个月均未发生流产、胎儿死亡和其他特殊并发症。结论 CO2激光和50%三氯醋酸局部药物治疗妇娠期CA均安全可靠,治愈率高,但50%三氯醋酸复发率较低。
