摘要
目的 探讨人工机械通气在救治危重症哮喘中的作用。方法 对 14例危重症哮喘患者在常规治疗无效情况下进行人工机械通气治疗。结果 14例患者均在 2 4h内明显缓解 ,缺O2 伴CO2 潴留迅速改善 ,6d之内全部撤机 ,2 0d之内全部缓解出院。结论 人工机械通气是救治危重症哮喘唯一有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the function of artificial controlled mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe asthma. Methods 14 patients with severe asthma were treated by antificial controlled mechanical ventilation.Results All patients were obviously alleviated in 24 hours, hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention were rapidly improved.The respirator were weaned in 6 days and discharged in 20 days.Conclusion Artificial controlled mechanical ventilation is an effective method to treat severe asthma.
