大隐静脉曲张术后并发深静脉血栓形成19例分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨下肢大隐静脉曲张术后深静脉血栓形成(LDVT)的病因及预防处理措施。方法对623例行下肢大隐静脉曲张手术后19例LDVT的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果静脉曲张术后LDVT的发生与患者的年龄、基础疾病(浅静脉炎、高血压、高血糖、高血脂、心脑血管疾病)、单双侧肢体手术、术后下肢功能锻炼的程度有密切关系。结论术前对高危因素的准确评估、术中精细操作及术后适当的抗栓措施可以有效的防止下肢静脉曲张术后LDVT的发生。
