摘要
目的 评价高聚金葡素配合放射治疗恶性肿瘤的效果。方法 1 2 5例恶性肿瘤随机分为治疗组和单放组。治疗组于放疗前 1天开始肌注或静滴高聚金葡素 1 0 0 0 u,每日一次 ,4～ 6周为1疗程。两组均采用常规放疗。检测两组瘤体变化 ,周围血白细胞 ,T细胞亚群 ,NK,LAK细胞活性。结果 治疗组抑瘤率 ,周围血 WBC水平 ,T细胞亚群、NK、LAK细胞活性均高于单放组 ,两组差异显著。结论 HAS配合放射治疗具有协同、增敏和增强抗癌免疫功能的作用。
Objective Appraised the Curative effects of radiotherapy the malignant tumour patients with HAS.Methods 125 cases of the malignant tumour randomly divided into the cure group and the group of single radiotherapy, the 64 cases of cure group began to intramuscular injection by HAS or intravenous drip with 1000u one day before radiotherapy,one time/day;4~6weeks were a course of treatment.The two groups of tumour patients were examined white cell of peripheral blood picture; T cell; the divided of NK、LAK cells.Results The rate of cheeking tumour; The lever of blood(WBC)cells;The activity of Tcell; NK cells and LAK cells of the cure group were higher than the compared group of single radiation the two group had obviously different.Conclusion HAS coordinated with the radiotherapy to cure the cancer patients many functions such as coordination, increasing sensibility snd active immunity to cancer.
