摘要
从组织管理理论入手,根据研究型大学科研团队结构的实际情况和特点,探讨并确立影响科研团队创造力的团队结构要素及其各维度指标,包括个体能力结构、角色配置和异质性结构。在此基础上,分别构建科研团队结构对团队创造力的影响研究假设和模型,实证研究验证了科研团队结构的三方面因素对团队创造力具有显著的正负向影响。根据研究结果,进一步指出了对研究型大学科研团队管理的若干启示。
On the basis of organizational management studies and research university research teams' practical situation, main elements and indicators of team structure which may influence team creativity are discussed and established, like team members' ability structure, roles allocation and composition diversity. On this point, research hypothesis and research mod- el are built separately about the influence of research team composition on team creativity. After that, a further empirical study is tested and verified the plus-minus influence of three elements of research team structure on creativity. According to the result, a number of recommendations are pointed out on the management of research university' s research teams.
