摘要
对大鼠创面组织中微量元素Zn、Cu进行测定,结果表明:模型组创面Zn含量较正常皮肤高,而Cu未见升高,复黄膏Ⅰ组创面组织中Zn含量同模型组相比,明显升高(P<0、01),Ⅱ组Zn含量同模型组无明显差异(P>0.05).白玉膏组创面组织中Zn含量亦比模型组高(P<0.05)。实验各组间创面组织中Cu含量无明显区别。结论:祛瘀生肌法(复黄膏)对Zn创面趋化性影响是其促进创面愈合的机理之一。
The microelements Zn and Cu of wound surface in rats were determined. The results showed that the Zn content of wound surface is higher than that of normal skin in the model group, but no difference in Cu content. The Zn content of wound surface in Fu Huang Gao I group is markedly high than that in the model group (P < o. o1 ), while that in Fu Huang Gao Ⅱgroup shows no difference (P > 0. 05 ). The Zn content of wound surface in Bai Yu Gao group is higher than that of model group(P<0. 05). However, the Cu contents show no significant differences in various groups. It is indicated that the Zn catalytic effect of Fu Huang Gao a preparation for removing blood stasis and promoting granulation on the wound surface is one of the mechanisms for promoting wound healing.
