摘要
为观察温阳益气活血复方抗海洛因依赖戒断综合征的临床疗效，对６６例入选病例随机分为复方组（３４例）和盐酸丁丙诺啡组（ＢＵＰ，３２例），观察７天，比较２种药物对患者戒断症状积分、血清性激素、甲襞微循环加权积分的影响。结果显示，中药复方有显著的抗戒断综合征作用，与ＢＵＰ比较Ｐ＜０．０５，在调整紊乱性激素水平、降低甲襞微循环加权积分作用方面中药复方明显优于ＢＵＰ。认为海洛因依赖的治疗可以温阳益气、活血化瘀为组方大法，温阳益气活血复方是抗戒断症状的有效方药。
To observe the clinical effect of com- pound yang - warninng, qi - invigorating and blood - ac- tivating prescription(CP) for heroinism abstinence syn- drome, 66 cases were randomly allocated to CP group(34 cases) and BUP group(32 cases). After 7 days of treat- ment, their effects on abstinence symptoms (as scores), serum sexual hormones and nail fold microcirculation(as weighted scores) in two groups were compared. The re- sults showed that the CP can markedly relieve the absti- nence symptoms, in compared with BUP(P < 0. 05), in comparison on regulating the deranged sexual hormone level and improve the nail fold microcirculation(as weighted scores)in two groups, the CP is markedly effec- tive than that of BUP(P < 0. 05). It is considered that CP is an effective prescription for abstinence symptoms.
