摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的方法和经验。方法对2009年6月—2012年12月53例鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果该组治愈39例(73.6%),好转14例(26.4%)。术后随访行常规及鼻内镜检查无并发症发生。结论鼻内镜下行鼻中隔成形术是值得推广治疗鼻中隔偏曲的术式。
Objective To study the endoscopic nasal septoplasty method and experience for the treatment of deviation of nasal septum. Methods The clinical data of 53 cases of endoscopic nasal septoplasty patients from June, 2009 to December, 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In this group, 39 cases were cured （73.6%）, improved in 14 cases （26.4%）. The patients were fol- lowed up postoperatively. All of them underwent routine examination and nasal endoscopy, and no complications occurred. Con- clusion Endoscopic nasal septoplasty surgery is worth popularizing in treatment of deviation of nasal septum.
