摘要
目的探讨研究氯沙坦联合百令胶囊、黄芪颗粒治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果。方法选取100例早期糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者采用氯沙坦联合百令胶囊、黄芪颗粒进行治疗,对照组患者采用氯沙坦进行治疗。检测两组患者治疗前后24 h的尿微量白蛋白(u-ALB)、空腹血糖(FBG)、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(SCr)的指标同时观察药物有无不良反应。结果治疗后,两组患者的BUN,FBG均比治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的u-ALB,TC,TG,SCr均比治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦联合百令胶囊黄芪颗粒比单独使用氯沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果更佳,且没有毒副作用,能够在医院推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of losartan combined with bailing capsule and astragalus particles for early diabetic nepbropathy. Methods 100 cases of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with losartan combined with bailing capsule and astragalus particles, the control group was treated with losartan. The urinary albumin （u-ALB）, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, cholesterol （TC）, triglyc- eride （TG）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN） and creatinine （SCr） were detected in the groups 24h before and after the treatment, and the side effects of the drugs were observed. Results After the treatment, BUN and FBG of two groups of patients decreased significant- ly than those before the treatment （P〈0.05）, but no statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〉O.05）; the u-ALB, TC, TG, SCr of two groups decreased significantly than those before the treatment （P〈0.05）, and those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Losartan combined with bailing capsule and astragalus particles was better than that of individual losartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy without toxic side effects, so it can widely used in clinical practice.
