摘要
目的:探讨五苓散方的病证运用规律,以便更好地服务于临床。方法:采用数据挖掘技术,对1 112则近现代医案中五苓散的适应证进行归纳总结,提取有效信息。结果:临床上五苓散治疗效果最好的疾病以水肿、泄泻、癃闭多见。结论:五苓散是调节人体津液循行的方剂,临床应用中只要符合"气化不利,水湿内停"的核心病机,即可运用其进行治疗。
Objective ： To find out the syndrome rule of Wulingsan is to better serve the clinic. Methods ： This study standards and summarizes the indications from 1 112 ancient and modern YiAn monographs based on data mining. Results：Most efficient diseases that can be treated by Wulingsan are edema, diarrhea, urination disorder. Conclusion： Wulingsan can regulate body fluid, as long as the core pathogenesis is＇dysfunction in qi-transformation and retention of dampness＂.
