摘要
单纯利用学籍处理作为学业警告手段的管理体制,不利于学生的自我修正和管理能力的培养,同时也对学生及其家庭造成严重的伤害。本文结合普通高等院校的实际教学运行情况,分析留降级产生的主要原因,探讨利用部门合力构建人性化分级学分预警体系,通过多次多种类过程预警的方式,在不伤害学生自尊心的前提下提高学生自我管理能力,避免学业危机。
This paper will construct the early-warming mechanism with school work in the university based on the practical teaching operation. The humanization grading forewarning system will be built by the department resultant on the base of analyzing the main cause of repeat grades. The student's self-management ability should be improved and the school work crisis should be avoided by muhiple and various process warning on the premise of protecting their self-esteem.
