摘要
目的探讨脑干反射 (BSR)在观察脑干损伤病人的病情变化、判断预后方面的价值。方法对70例脑干损伤病人进行BSR监测。分析BSR与格拉斯哥昏迷计分 (GCS)之间有关系以及 2 5例病人临终状态的BSR情况。结果BSR与病人的GCS、GOS密切相关 ,BSR平面越低、预后越差。脑死亡者绝大多数BSR属Ⅳ平面。结论BSR可用来观察病情、判断预后 ,可作为脑残废的诊断标准之一。
Objective To study the value of brainstem reflects ( BSR ) in the evaluation of severity and prediction of prognosis for patients with brainstem injury. Methods The BSR were monitored in 70 patients with brainstem injury. The relationship between BSR and Glasgow coma score (GCS ), Clasgow outcome score (GOS ) were analysed. The BSR of 25 patients on deathbed were also studied. Results The BSR were closely related with GCS and GOS. IV, V, and VI. The lower of level BSR the more prognosis of the patients severe condition and an unfavourable. Most of patients on deathbed presented VI level of BSR. Conclusion The BSR was considered to be valuable in the evaluation of severity and prediction prognosis of patients with brainstem injury. They were helpful in the judgment of brain death.
